Stephanie Ruttert

CEO

Stephanie Ruttert is a successful entrepreneur and veteran of 20+ years in the high-tech staffing indudstry. Ms. Lindbloom began her career as an Account Manager at Oxford & Associates. Stephanie quickly escalated to Branch Manager and was tasked with rehabbing underperforming branches around the San Francisco Bay Area. In 1997, Ms Lindbloom was recruited to open and run the first office in the Silicon Valley for Solutions Point, Inc. She built her office from the ground up and turned it into a top performing branch nation wide. In 2004 she started S&D Engineering Solutions, LLC.

Doron Ruttert

President

In addition to being the President of S&D, Doron oversees all recruiting efforts at the company. Doron began his work in high-tech sales/recruiting in 2001 with I3 Engineering where he served as a lead Sales rep. In 2004 Doron Co-Founded S&D Engineering and also acted as the lead Account Manager and Recruiter. He specializes in recruiting for hardware and Firmware requirements.
